Calling all students! Join us for a festive Chinese New Year Open House!

The Malaysian Student Society (MSSNI) is proud to celebrate Chinese New Year, one of Malaysia’s most cherished traditional festivals. This celebration reflects the multicultural harmony of Malaysian society and provides a platform for students to appreciate the rich cultural heritage of Chinese New Year, fostering unity, understanding, and festive joy among the community.

Activities: 

1. CNY related arts & crafts 

– create festive decorations with angpao and red paper cutting (剪纸) to embrace the creative spirit of the season

2. Food making experience 

– Learn to make your own winter rice ball and vegetarian Yee Sang with guidance from our committee!

3. Small interactive games 

– Participate in fun activities like Jian zi (毽子) and a lively rock-paper-scissors competition with a unique twist~
