The Loeb Classical Library offers online access to written treasures of the ancient Greek and Roman world. One of the main aims of this digital library is that “old friends and newcomers, scholars, students, and general readers alike …enjoy its Greek and Latin texts alongside English translations, in the familiar ways and in surprisingly new ones.” The library may be browsed or searched by language, form, genre, subject, and date and the Greek, Latin and English full text is fully searchable.
Key features include:
• Single- and dual-language reading modes
• Sophisticated Bookmarking and Annotation features
• Tools for sharing Bookmarks and Annotations
• Greek keyboard
• User account and My Loeb content saved in perpetuity
• Intuitive Search and Browse
• Inclusion of every Loeb volume in print
• Regular uploading of new and revised volumes
