QUB staff and students currently have trial access to the Daily Mail
Historical Archive 1896-2004.
This is the fully-searchable digital archive, allowing researchers and students to search
the full text of over one million pages of the newspaper’s backfile, from its first issue
in 1896 to the end of 2004, and provides insight it gives into the interests of the massmarket, ‘everyman’ reader. This also included otherwise hard to find issues of the Daily Mail Atlantic Edition.
