MICROSOFT SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES

Office 365 offers you a range of applications, including the collaboration app Teams and OneDrive for file storage and sharingOneNote for storing your notes for teaching, research and administration work (this is in addition to the familiar Word, Excel and PowerPoint apps).
Because they are cloud-based, the Office 365 Apps can be accessed anytime and anywhere from a wide range of devices.

Accessing the Service

To access Office 365, use the Quick Link on Queen’s Online or log in via https://office365.qub.ac.uk/ (use your student number and password). 

Training & Support

In-person: The IT Training Unit (Information Services) offer regular virtual training sessions.  Refer to the IT Training Unit training schedule for details on how to register. 

Online training resources including FAQs are available at the Queen’s Office 365 Training site(log in using your staff number and password). 

How to Get Help

If you experience any problem accessing or using the 365 apps please contact your School Computing OfficerMost schools/faculties have a local Office 365 Champion who is aware of new developments in Office 365 .
