Are you just starting your thesis or dissertation? RefWorks is a software package that will store and manage your references and then produce your bibliography in whatever style you choose. Why not book a place on one of these general RefWorks courses:

Attendance is free of charge but places are limited so you must register for a course:
- PhD students should use Queen’s Online
- Staff and masters students should use the online booking form
