Microsoft Stream


Microsoft Stream is an application that is part of the Office 365 suite of applications. Stream is an Enterprise Video service where users can upload, view, and share videos securely. Video files that are stored within Microsoft Stream can only be shared/accessed by users within the university. 

Support & Guidance

Accessing the Service

MS Stream can be accessed via Office 365. https// (login using your university credentials).  Once you login to your Stream homepage you will see your own personal files as well as all other user files you have permission to view (those shared directly) with you and organisation wide files. 

Training & Support

Online training resources including FAQs are available at the Queen’s Office 365 Training site(log in using your staff number and password). There you will find further information and a variety of rich training (videos & guides) resources to support you.

How to Get Help

If you experience any problem accessing or using the 365 apps please contact your School Computing Officer. Most schools/faculties have a local Office 365 Champion who is aware of new developments in Office 365 . Contact the IT Training Unit to find out who your local champion is: If no local support is available, please contact the IT Service Desk via email or from the Quick links section of Queen’s Online.
