An enterprise version of Copilot Chat is available to staff and students at Queen's. Log in with your QUB credentials to benefit from enterprise data protection. Your data will not be used to train publicly available AI models.

AI for Educators is a new self-paced course on Canvas designed to help staff explore the practical uses of AI in teaching, learning, research, and everyday academic work.
The course includes hands-on ‘AI Skills Build’ activities that encourage you to experiment with a range of tools—supporting everything from literature reviews and lesson planning to data analysis and accessible learning design. Watch the promo video below.
AI Lightning Talks are a series of short, engaging examples of how staff across the university are already putting AI into practice. From innovative approaches in learning and teaching, to enhancing the student experience and support, to creating resources, improving accessibility, and advancing research, you’ll hear practical, real-world insights that can inspire your own work.
Marina de Almeida McLoughlin explains how she created CustomGPTs and Copilot agents to automate routine tasks in the Centre for Biomedical Sciences Education, such as student attendance monitoring and newsletter creation, sharing practical steps and limitations encountered.
