Single Click VNC Software
If you go to to this website and then download the UltraVNC file you can modify the settings within helpdesk.txt to suit your department or organisation, once the settings have been modified you upload them to the website again and it will create a .exe package.
This is very useful if you want to get acces to someone elses PC on the network and show them how to do something.
This program allows the user to initiate the desktop connection and they can still see what you are doing on their PC.
You will need to have Ultra VNC Viewer on your pc and have it listening for the connection request.
Below is a screen shot of helpdesk.txt file and Ultra VNC that I have modified for QUB, I can also add more clients to the list and therefore have multiple points of contact.
