Internal Review Notice
Journal Name: Journal of Eutopia Art and Culture
Themes for Submission: The journal focuses on research in the humanities and arts, covering areas such as literature, art history, philosophy, and cultural studies. We invite scholars to submit articles on (but not limited to) the following topics:
- Art and History
- Literary Theory and Criticism
- Visual Arts and Media
Word Count Requirements:
- Research Papers: 5,000-8,000 words
- Book Reviews or Commentaries: 1,500-3,000 words
Each submission should follow a clear structure, including an introduction, research methods, results and discussion, and references. The citation format will follow the Chicago style.
Author Eligibility: We welcome submissions from researchers, PhD students, and scholars with a relevant academic background. Interdisciplinary research and submissions from early-career scholars are particularly encouraged.
Purpose of the Call for Papers: The journal aims to advance research in the humanities and arts, providing a platform for academic exchange and exploring contemporary issues in culture and art.
Submission Process:
- Online Submission: All manuscripts must be submitted via the journal’s online submission system. Please visit the EAFF website to upload your manuscript.
- Submission Materials: Each submission should include an abstract of no more than 500 words, 3-5 keywords, an author biography (up to 150 words), and detailed contact information.
- Review Process:
- We use a double-blind peer review process. The initial review will be completed within 4-6 weeks. If the manuscript passes the initial review, the author will be asked to submit a revised version within 2-4 weeks. Revisions must address all comments from the reviewers.
- Manuscripts that pass the final review will be published in the next issue. The electronic version will be made available first, and the print version will be released after the journal’s ISSN has been approved.
- Publication Frequency: The journal is published annually, with a minimum of 5 articles per issue.
- ISSN Application: In accordance with UK and international publishing regulations, we will apply for an ISSN after the first issue is published. The first issue will be released based on the ISSN application.
Copyright and Publishing Policy:
- Copyright Ownership: Authors retain the copyright to their articles but must grant the journal the right to publish both the electronic and print versions. Authors must agree to the worldwide distribution of their articles and authorize the journal to publish them on multiple platforms.
- Copyright Risks and Liability: Authors are responsible for ensuring that their submissions are original and do not infringe on any third-party copyrights. In case of any copyright disputes, the author will bear full responsibility. The journal reserves the right to remove any works that infringe on copyrights.
- Copyright Risk Notice: If the submitted manuscript includes the use of third-party works, images, or data, the author must provide relevant permissions or licenses. The journal will use plagiarism detection tools to review all submissions to avoid copyright risks. Any manuscript identified as containing plagiarism will be rejected, and the author will be held responsible for the legality of the submission.
Open Access Policy: This journal operates on an open access policy, and all published articles will be freely available for readers to access and download from the journal’s official website. Authors will not be required to pay any open access fees but must agree to the publication agreement under this policy.
Submission and Publication Fees:
- Submission Fees: The journal does not charge any submission fees. All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review process free of charge.
- Publication Fees: The journal follows an open access publishing model and currently does not charge any publication fees. If there are changes to publication-related fees, the journal will inform authors in advance.
