This year’s Eutopia Arthouse Film Festival (EAFF) received 987 film submissions from 20 countries and regions, with screenings of award-winning works held at The MAC (Metropolitan Arts Centre) in Belfast, UK. Alongside the screenings, the Hexi Corridor Photography Exhibition, jointly presented by EAFF and artist Ni Yang, was held at the same venue.

Continuing its strong academic orientation, the festival also hosted the 3rd EAFF Cultural Forum at Queen’s University Belfast, featuring a series of panel discussions on themes including “Embodied Practice: Martial Arts, Psychology, and Cross-Cultural Experience.” In collaboration with the Royal Asiatic Society (RAS), EAFF also presented a special screening of the experimental film The Way of Zen, followed by a post-screening discussion, bringing further philosophical reflection to the festival programme.
