Course Link Validator

You can check to see if you have any broken links in your course by using the ‘Validate Links in Content’ feature in Canvas.

To do this, follow the steps below.

  1. Within your Canvas course, click on the ‘Settings’ menu item.
  2. Click on the ‘Validate Links in Content’ button on the right-hand side of the screen and wait for a few moments for Canvas to search through the links on your course.
  3. You will see a report like the one below that will alert you to whether any broken links exist on your course.
