In light of new restrictions, and pending the roll out of the COVID 19 vaccine, the organising committee has taken the decision to postpone CIRN3.
CIRN3 in St Petersburg was previously scheduled for 19-20 March 2021, we now expect the conference to take place in Autumn 2021.
We will evaluate the situation again later in the Spring of 2021 and will contact speakers regarding practical arrangements in due course.
