FURTHER UPDATE
Although the pandemic situation has improved, continued restrictions on travel have forced us to reschedule CIRN3 again.
CIRN3 in St Petersburg is now scheduled for 19-20 March 2021.
We will evaluate the situation again later in 2020 and will contact speakers regarding practical arrangements in due course.
Hoping you all keep safe and sound, and looking forward to seeing you in Saint Petersburg next year.
