On the 17^th June, Alfasoft’s EndNote expert Peter Masurat led a Q&A session for AFBI staff where he shared his expertise around sharing libraries and working with others on EndNote. You can access the recording at this link: https://attendee.gotowebinar.com/recording/7280544242779426307.

Is it possible to set up an organisational library rather than one person having ownership of a library and sharing it with others?
Not in the usual EndNote library-sharing model. EndNote does not provide a separate organisational ownership model. A shared library is owned by one EndNote account. For an organisational library, use a dedicated institution-controlled account as the owner and invite staff through EndNote library sharing. Ensure that account management, licence compliance, succession and recovery arrangements are documented. 

Can you export references from EndNote in BibTex file for use in LaTex?
It is possible to some extent. The below article explains how to use EndNote for collecting references and BibTex and LaTex for writing.
