When you complete this form, Queen’s University Belfast (QUB) will collect the personal information you provide, such as your name, email address, organisation and details of your enquiry.

• provide information about the project, event, research activity or service you have expressed an interest in; and
• maintain a record of your request.

Your information will only be accessed by authorised University staff and will not be used for marketing purposes unless you have separately agreed to receive such communications.
