Stage 2 Architecture students win 2 awards in the 4th cycle of the student International Concrete Design Competition

Stage 2 students were successful in picking up 2 awards in the 4th cycle of the student International Concrete Design Competition. Curated by Valerio Olgiati on the theme of Monolithic, Andrew Hamon, Sean McGee and Rob Moore were placed joint second by the Irish jury. Part of their prize is to spend a week with Valerio Olgiati at a concrete masterclass in Istanbul over the summer.
Congratulations also to Andrew Abraham and Erl Johnston who received one of two Honourable Mentions also awarded. Both schemes will now be exhibited throughout Europe as part of a touring exhibition of all the European prize winners.
