Issue with accessing PDFs via ScienceDirect

For users accessing ScienceDirect content when using an AFBI PC or laptop, you may encounter a problem with accessing the PDF from within an article page, for example https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0022030216001004.
