Read by QxMD journal app

We are pleased to announce that the majority of journals subscribed to by the Healthcare Library of Northern Ireland may now be accessed via Read by QxMD, a journal discovery and alerting app.

Read makes it easier to connect to the full text of articles on mobile devices. Set up Read in 3 simple steps:

• Install the Read app for free on your mobile device: https://qxmd.com/read-by-qxmd
• Open the app, tap GET STARTED, and work through the screens that follow to create a Read account
• Finally, tap Settings > Institutional Access, search for the Healthcare Library of Northern Ireland, choose the Automatic Login option, and enter and save your Library number and password

You can then start searching for journals and papers, and setting up new journal alerts.
