honniConnect from Encore mobile

If you use the mobile version of honni Encore you will need to be aware of the following issue when  checking for availability of full text.  Clicking on the honniConnect button should lead to a web page which informs you what full text is available and, if none is available, provides links for requesting the item and/or checking the catalogue for print copies.  This is not working as expected.  Instead you will be directed to the article abstract in EBSCO where you will again have to click the honniConnect button before obtaining information about full text availability.

The supplier has informed us that this is due to a software bug which they are currently investigating.  Note that you can still get information about full text availability, it’s just that more steps are required to do so.
