Since September, when we moved to the current charges for the supply of books and articles, 93% of requests have been met from within our own substantial collections. Happily this means we have been able to supply these free of charge. When we are not able to provide books or articles free of charge, we will always contact you to check that you wish to proceed before we request material externally.
