Resolving an issue with the honni menu display

Some people have been finding that the drop-down ‘My Account’ menu on the honni home page does not display properly.  When hovering over ‘My Account’, the menu appears off to the right and attempting to select an item from the menu causes it to disappear.

The problem usually occurs in Internet Explorer (IE) when Compatibility View is turned on.  Or it may occur if you have an older version of IE – version 7 or earlier.  If you encounter this problem please try the following:

  • Update your version of IE or try a different browser such as Firefox or Google Chrome
  • If you are using IE, make sure that Compatibility View is turned off by unticking Compatibility View in the browser Tools menu.
