A group of 20 academic and practice assessors across medicine, nursing and midwifery, pharmacy, and education participated in a series of online co-design workshops and a feedback session from December 2020 to February 2021. We co-designed a roadmap highlighting 12 signposts to support academic and practice assessors. These signposts are not in a hierarchical order. They can be adopted in any order according to the needs of the assessors.
