Getting to Belfast

Belfast is served by two airports

George Best Belfast City Airport is located three miles from Belfast City Centre. Aer Lingus, British Airways, KLM and Easyjet all fly to and from the City Airport.

Belfast City Airport has a designated Airport Express 600 Service which buses passengers every 30 minutes during peak times from the front of the terminal building to Europa bus station in the centre of town. The journey only takes around 10 minutes.

Belfast International Airport is a 30 minute drive from Belfast City Centre. EasyJet, Jet2,  and Wizz  all fly to and from Belfast International Airport.

The Airport Express 300 Service runs between the International Airport and Belfast City Centre.

Getting to Belfast from Dublin

Belfast can also be reached from Dublin Airport which is located a 90 minute drive from Belfast City Centre. Dublin Airport has a large number of non-stop flights to and from many European and US destinations. Translink and Aircoach are two bus companies that run frequent services between Dublin Airport and Belfast City Centre.

Visa requirements

Citizens of the European Union do not require a visa in order to visit Belfast.
