The Healthcare Library at Altnagelvin Area Hospital is now open on Monday to Wednesday evenings until 8pm, and on Saturdays from 9.30pm to 1pm.

Fixed – My Account and Place Request problem
The problem logging into My Account and Place Request facilities has now been resolved.
Access to Healthcare Library resources was not affected during this time as there is no need to log into My Account to access our resources.

Website intermittent fault – Fixed
We are pleased to report that the Healthcare Library website is fully working again today.
The ‘proxy’ errors that were occurring yesterday should now be resolved. However, it is possible that you may need to clear your browser cache if an error is displayed.
Thanks once again for your patience during the period we were working to resolve this problem.

Alert – ProQuest Maintenance – 9th February 2020
ProQuest will be performing maintenance on Sunday 9th February, from 3.00 am until 3.00 pm.
During this period Healthcare Library members may not be able to access ProQuest resources. More information can be found on the ProQuest Status page.

Alert – ProQuest Maintenance – 21 December
ProQuest will be performing maintenance on 21st December 2019. Healthcare Library members will be able to access the platform but the following functionality will be impacted:
- Ebooks Maintenance: Viewing Ebooks
- RefWorks Maintenance: MyResearch and Cite functionality
This maintenance will take place on Saturday, December 21st from 2:00 am until 4:00 pm.

Update – ProQuest have announced this afternoon that the reported the Ebook Central problem is now fixed.
