Queens Annual Fund Success

For the first time, staff in Architecture have been awarded funding from the Queen’s Annual Fund. The Fund, which has raised £2.2 million from alumni of the university, supports projects which enhance the student experience.
Dr Sarah Lappin (Architecture) and Dr Gascia Ouzounian (Creative Arts) will run a series of cross-faculty lectures and workshops which will focus on issues of sound and the built environment.  The series will be one of the first of its kind at the university, bringing together PGR and PhD students and experts from a variety of disciplines including architecture, planning, music, biology, anthropology, archaeology and beyond.
