RIBA Recession Toolkits now available online
Worried about the recession affecting your studies or professional experience? Don’t panic; reach for the RIBA Recession Survival Kit, which has been launched to help members and practices through the current market turmoil.
There are separate versions available for chartered members, graduates, affiliates and chartered practices, all providing a checklist of the services and opportunities open to architects, either directly from the RIBA or elsewhere. There are also details of a series of forthcoming regional CPD events that will tackle the issues of trading and surviving through the credit crunch.
The kit is available in the members-only area of the RIBA website| and will be updated with new features over the coming months. It is hoped that members’ own experiences of dealing with the emerging recession will also be incorporated.
