HOWEVER this does not necessarily have to be the case. On first glance the stalls do seem to be a sea of engineering companies, financial corporations and legal firms, but if you\u2019re shrewd and look closely, these organisations may not be as cut off from you as they seem.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.qub.ac.uk\/theedit\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2016\/09\/What-employers-look-for.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-51\" alt=\"What employers look for\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.qub.ac.uk\/theedit\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2016\/09\/What-employers-look-for-300x260.jpg\" width=\"240\" height=\"208\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogs.qub.ac.uk\/theedit\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2016\/09\/What-employers-look-for-300x260.jpg 300w, https:\/\/blogs.qub.ac.uk\/theedit\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2016\/09\/What-employers-look-for-768x667.jpg 768w, https:\/\/blogs.qub.ac.uk\/theedit\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2016\/09\/What-employers-look-for.jpg 1000w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 240px) 100vw, 240px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>There are many businesses which appear at the Grad Fair who list that they will consider applications from <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">ANY<\/span> discipline. Companies appreciate the skill sets of AHSS students and can see potential in key future employees. Take advantage of having so many employers in the one room!
