Business Idea<\/strong>: Michael Loughran &amp; Team for <em>Amnis AI<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Best Idea for a Social Enterprise<\/strong>: Kirsty Graham for <em>The Little Learning Centre<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Best Idea from a Postgraduate Student<\/strong>: Joshua Thompson for <em>Transac<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Best Idea from the MHLS Faculty<\/strong>: Chetan Hari &amp; Team for <em>Myelo Map<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Best Idea from the EPS Faculty<\/strong>: Barry Herron for <em>Proxi Pulse<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Best Idea from AHSS Faculty<\/strong>: Nicole Kaczmarek<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Best Idea from the Creative Industries<\/strong>: Shane McClelland<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Best Climate Impact Idea<\/strong>: Samuel Rowan &amp; Team for <em>Waste 2 Wildlife<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The competition, supported by Ormeau Business Park, Kainos Software, and the Co-Centre for Climate + Biodiversity + Water, continues to highlight the entrepreneurial talents of Queen\u2019s University students, providing them with the platform and funding to bring their innovative ideas to business partner Deepti Kasi were awarded \u2018<strong>Most Innovative Idea<\/strong>\u2019 for Myelo Map, a novel, non-invasive liquid biopsy service designed to monitor real-time therapy resistance in blood cancer patients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reflecting on the competition, Chetan said: <em>\u201cWinning the Most Innovative Idea at \u2018What\u2019s the Big Idea?\u2019 has be an incredible experience. It\u2019s not just about the prize; it\u2019s about the belief in our idea and the confidence to take it further. students to bring their innovative ideas to life. Every year, we\u2019re amazed by the creativity and ambition on display, and 2024 has been no exception. It\u2019s truly inspiring to see these ideas take shape.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A massive congratulations to all the winners and participants!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Don&#8217;t forget:<\/strong> Applications are now open for the <em>QUB Dragons&#8217; Den<\/em> competition! With a share of a massive \u00a325,000 prize pot up for grabs, it\u2019s the perfect opportunity to take your business idea to the next level.
