They are responsible for representing Queen\u2019s University students. Therefore it\u2019s important that you feel you have the skills and tools necessary to take on the role. As a Student Officer, you will have access to free training in areas like:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>public speaking<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>people management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>event organisation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>negotiation skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You\u2019ll also meet loads of people and gain lots of experience in chairing meetings, leading campaigns, managing budgets, communication and team work.
