It is a&nbsp;joint initiative between Queen\u2019s University Belfast, Georgetown University and University College Dublin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This year&#8217;s conference entitled &#8220;<strong>Where now in an uncertain world? Culture. Cyber.
