Media Voices NI is home to memories as told by the Producers, Directors, Floor Managers and News Editors who have shaped the media industries in Northern Ireland from the first broadcast of Ulster TV in 1959. The articles published on this website provide insight into all aspects of the industry, tying in perspectives about how staff was recruited in those days, the experience of women in the workplace, how different departments worked etc.
