{"id":3723,"date":"2016-02-03T12:35:20","date_gmt":"2016-02-03T11:35:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.qub.ac.uk\/library\/?p=3723"},"modified":"2016-02-03T12:35:20","modified_gmt":"2016-02-03T11:35:20","slug":"queens-university-belfast-submits-apc-expenditure-for-2015","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.qub.ac.uk\/library\/2016\/02\/03\/queens-university-belfast-submits-apc-expenditure-for-2015\/","title":{"rendered":"Queen\u2019s University Belfast Submits APC expenditure for 2015"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Library\u2019s Open Access Team has submitted, on behalf of the University, an Article Processing Charges (APCs) expenditure report to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jisc-collections.ac.uk\/\">Jisc Collections<\/a> for 2015.<\/p>\n<p>For the last two years Jisc Collections have been working with higher education institutions to collect and openly release article-level data on their APC expenditure.<\/p>\n<p>In 2015 Queen\u2019s University Belfast had a total APC spend of \u00a3138,039 which enabled 123 articles by Queen\u2019s authors to be made open access via the gold route.
