An exhibit has been set up in the AFBI Library at Newforge entitled \u2018Food Science at AFBI\u2019 showcasing two elements of the Food Science Branch research:<\/p>\n

(i)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 the commercial Campylobacter testing service offered to the poultry industry by Food Microbiology, and<\/p>\n

(ii)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 the production of reduced fat Cheddar cheese fortified with omega-3 fatty acids, a DARD Evidence & Innovation project run jointly between Food Microbiology and Food Chemistry.<\/p>\n
