2016 Customer Satisfaction Survey Results

Thanks to everyone who responded to our Customer Satisfaction Survey in November/December last year.  The survey forms part of the Library’s Customer Service Excellence Accreditation and we are very please with the positive response.

Over 94% of respondents indicated they were satisfied or very satisfied with the Library service overall.  You can see the full results here Customer-Satisfaction-Survey-2016.
