Following a consultation with the engineering schools during the summer, the Library’s subscription to the Compendex database is ending on Saturday 7 December 2013. This is because the more recent content in Compendex is covered by the Scopus database. Access will still be retained to the Compendex backfile (1884 to 1969) and the Inspec database via the Engineering Village platform.
