DEIB Forum"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>This QUB DEIB Forum was a joint initiative organised by&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.qub.ac.uk\/schools\/queens-business-school\/about\/deib\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">QBS DEIB Committee<\/a>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.qub.ac.uk\/lc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">The Language Centre<\/a>, with support from&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.qub.ac.uk\/sites\/iRise\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">QUB iRise Network<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This forum aims to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strengthen collaboration between different university support units and external stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Examine the key challenges international students and staff members face in academic, professional, and cultural integration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Facilitate dialogue among university support teams, faculty members, and student representatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Explore effective strategies and initiatives to enhance international students\u2019 and staffs\u2019 experiences in UK higher education.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This DEIB Forum means to focus on staff-student interaction and exchange of ideas and practice, and welcomes proposals from colleagues and student societies to raise issues that we care about academically,
