It featured Ellie Midds, a neurodiversity advocate and speaker who laid out a framework that seems straightforward enough and can fundamentally shift how we communicate with one-another, especially in the context of the workplace and in the classroom. In her video, the speaker said that she works best when someone communicates with her in a &#8216;what by when and why basis&#8217;. She further explained that she asks, <strong><em>&#8220;<mark style=\"background-color:#fffc00\" class=\"has-inline-color\">What exactly do you need from me? When exactly do you need each of those things by?
