For most calling in at the Student Guidance Centre the information desk is the first port of call. And now, we’re more accessible than ever. Our new location means that when you arrive up on the first floor, you’ll be tripping over us as you enter the foyer!
At the Student Guidance Centre we’re all about you. We’re here to help and support your academic life at Queen’s. Our services are easily accessible and more importantly easy to use. Indeed, the information desk is your gateway to services such as…
- Learning Development
- Careers, Employability and Skills
The information desk can also help you with specific queries such as the following…
- Help with registration and enrolment
- Help with obtaining confirmation of attendance letters and transcripts (unofficial and official) and replacement degree parchments
- Help with replacement student cards, and other student card issues
- And many many more!
Alongside the new information desk, we also have some new additions to our team – Brigida and Sharon. Sharon comments on the new desk and their new positions at the SGC:
It’s great to join the team at the Students Guidance Centre and I look forward to working with the students in such a vital role within the University.
We’re looking forward to seeing you soon. So, if you need help and are not sure where to turn, call in and have a chat, we’re here for you.
