Human Trafficking Case Law Database

In 2010/11 The Leverhulme Trust awarded Dr. Jean Allain a Research Fellowship in order to carry out a project entitled: ‘Slavery in Domestic Jurisdictions’. With the assistance of Dr. Marie Lynch, the objective of this project was to identify and gather domestic legislation relating to the issue of human exploitation from each of the 193 member states of the United Nations.¬†Prof. Jean Allain and Dr Marie Lynch have been contributing to the UNODC Human Trafficking Case Law Database.
