{"id":969,"date":"2012-06-08T14:49:47","date_gmt":"2012-06-08T14:49:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.qub.ac.uk\/honni\/?p=969"},"modified":"2012-06-08T14:49:47","modified_gmt":"2012-06-08T14:49:47","slug":"resolving-an-issue-with-the-honni-menu-display","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.qub.ac.uk\/healthcarelibrary\/2012\/06\/08\/resolving-an-issue-with-the-honni-menu-display\/","title":{"rendered":"Resolving an issue with the honni menu display"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Some people have been finding that the drop-down &#8216;My Account&#8217; menu on the honni home page does not display properly. \u00a0When hovering over &#8216;My Account&#8217;, the menu appears off to the right and attempting to select an item from the menu causes it to disappear.<\/p>\n<p>The problem usually occurs in Internet Explorer (IE) when Compatibility View is turned on. \u00a0Or it may occur if you have an older version of IE &#8211; version 7 or earlier. \u00a0If you encounter this problem please try the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Update your version of IE or try a different browser such as Firefox or Google Chrome<\/li>\n<li>If you are using IE, make sure that Compatibility View is turned off by unticking Compatibility View in the browser Tools menu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If this does not resolve the problem, email <a href=\"mailto:med.info@qub.ac.uk\">med.info@qub.ac.uk<\/a> with details.
