They are aware that this is a vital resource for our members and are working to have the fix implemented as soon as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Until the resolution is in place, please continue to use the steps below to access <strong>ClinicalKey<\/strong>:<br>1. Please click following link <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.clinicalkey.com\/#!\/choose-institution\" target=\"_blank\">https:\/\/www.clinicalkey.com\/#!\/choose-institution<\/a><br>2. Search for institution &#8211; Healthcare Library of Northern Ireland &#8211; and click the name to log in.<br>3. Login as normal using your library number and password.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This login should allow access to eBooks etc. in the normal way from within EDS if accessed <strong>on the same browser session<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ClinicalKey journal articles are not affected and can be accessed directly from EDS without going through this additional step.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our apologies again for the inconvenience this is causing.&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ClinicalKey have confirmed that the current problem with direct access to some ClinicalKey resources will be resolved in the coming days.
