If you use saved searches, alerts or folders, it is important to review your account now so that you do not lose anything important.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What will transfer<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Saved articles stored in <strong>My Folder<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Saved searches <em>(once you log in to the new interface)<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What will not transfer<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Search alerts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Journal alerts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Custom folders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What you should do now<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To avoid losing valuable material, we recommend that you:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Check any <strong>custom folders<\/strong> you have created<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Move important items into <strong>My Folder<\/strong> where possible<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Download or export content from custom folders if needed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make a note of any alerts or saved searches you may need to recreate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Why this matters<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you rely on saved evidence for patient care, service improvement, teaching or research, losing folders or alerts could mean losing access to material you may need again.
