Use it to create a booking form that allows QUB students and staff (and external contacts), to book a service or resource. It also integrates with MS Teams, so appointments can be set up as an online Teams meeting or in-person. The online calendar allows people to books services such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An appointment with yourself or your team (such as academic advising hours, training workshops, professional services)<\/li>\n<li>Rooms or spaces (such as labs, computer suites, conference facilities)<\/li>\n<li>Equipment (such multi-media equipment)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key features include: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A 24\/7\/365 online solution for booking appointments \u2014 no calls necessary<\/li>\n<li>Automatic email confirmations and reminders<\/li>\n<li>The ability to cancel or reschedule online<\/li>\n<li>An easy way to add appointments to their calendars.<\/li>\n<li>Bookings integrates with staff Office calendars to create available time slots and avoid double-booking.
