We know from publications like <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/repository.jisc.ac.uk\/9571\/1\/student-perceptions-of-generative-ai-report.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Jisc\u2019s report on generative AI<\/a><\/strong> and the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/heyzine.com\/flip-book\/898cf30d86.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Student Perspectives on Artificial Intelligence 2024 Report<\/a><\/strong> <span data-teams=\"true\">that students use AI in diverse and innovative ways.<\/span> We also know that within graduate recruitment, employers use AI-driven Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), skills-matching algorithms, and digital interviews to streamline hiring. For QUB students, developing AI literacy is essential, as knowing how to leverage AI effectively gives graduates a competitive edge.<\/p><p>That\u2019s why Careers, Employability and Skills is tailoring AI tools for students, implementing platforms such as CareerSet\u2019s CV checker to enhance job applications, and upgrading our jobs portal MyFuture with AI-driven insights that help staff support students more effectively: below is an overview of our AI tools and their benefits.
