#QUBeWell: Supporting Student Mental Health and Wellbeing
4 October @ 3:00 pm - 4:30 pm
#QUBeWell: Supporting Student Mental Health and Wellbeing’ is a 90 minute in-person training course designed by the Student Disability and Wellbeing Service along with colleagues throughout the University.
All staff are strongly encouraged to complete this course which is designed to empower staff by providing a baseline knowledge and understanding of mental health and wellbeing, enabling staff to learn how to effectively signpost students to appropriate support services, and apply knowledge to real life situations through scenario-based examples.
When attending this course it is important that all staff bring with them their laptop/device so they can gain the completion mark for the training.
Please note this course can also be accessed and completed by staff independently on Queens Online as a 45-minute online self-paced training course. For more information on the course or to see how it can become part of staff inductions, please contact Tom Magee email@example.com (Student Support Liaison Officer).
