Your school ELO\/ELC should be able to provide you with this guidance if you have not received it.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-239c2af elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"239c2af\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Once the Term End Date has Passed<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-622dc54 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"622dc54\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"><span style=\"background-image: initial;background-position: initial;background-size: initial;background-attachment: initial\">Once the term end date has passed and the module has been placed in a read-only state, staff will lose the ability to extend the course end dates of the module. The Digital Learning Solution System Support team will need to be notified of the request and the reasons for the extension request. You can raise a request by emailing <strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><a href=\"mailto:%20support@instructure.com\"><span style=\"background-image: initial;background-position: initial;background-size: initial;background-attachment: initial\"><strong>support@instructure.com<\/strong><\/span><\/a><span style=\"background-image: initial;background-position: initial;background-size: initial;background-attachment: initial\">\u00a0(please email from your Queen\u2019s staff email) or by raising a case using the &#8216;Help&#8217; menu in the Canvas Navigation menu.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5930df1 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"5930df1\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-76e0bd2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"76e0bd2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Note<\/strong>: Content imported into Canvas commons from live academic modules will no longer be editable once the module has been concluded.
