How to view your ISSA (Individual Student Support Agreement)

What is an ISSA?

Your Individual Student Support Agreement (ISSA) is the document that sets out the reasonable adjustments and supports that have been agreed for you after meeting with a Disability Officer in the Accessible Learning Service. Once your ISSA is finalised, it’s shared with you and your School, so that the right supports can be put in place in your teaching, coursework, exams and library access.

It’s a good idea to check your ISSA regularly — especially at the start of each semester, before coursework deadlines, and ahead of any formal exams — to make sure everything looks correct and up to date.

Checking your ISSA on QSIS:

Sign into QSIS, navigate down the left hand menu to ISSA where you can view your reasonable adjustments such as flexibility with deadlines etc.
