Hi,
I have four week loan books, that were to be returned last week, i am a distance learner so getting to belfast on a part time course is difficult. I was told to return to the site yesterday were i noticed that was still down, it remains down today and i have these books out of date. I will be in Belfast tomorrow and plan on returning them, i hope i am not charged for this.
